The purpose of work is to develop experimental compositions of glass composite calcium silicophosphate materials and coatings for bone implants in replacement and orthopedic surgery with shortened resorption periods and the required mechanical strength under variable load conditions. Methods of investigation are X-ray diffraction, petrographic, differential-thermal, electron microscopy, X-ray spectral analysis, infrared spectroscopy, standard methods for the physical and chemical properties determining of glass-ceramic materials and coatings. Theoretical and practical results: a new methodological approach for the synthesis of bioactive glass-ceramic materials was developed, using which the scientific basis for obtaining bioactive glass-composition calcium silicophosphate materials and coatings with high mechanical strength and reduced terms of resorption for dental implantology are created; the regularities of their structure and phase formation and solubility are established, and experimental composites of model glasses for obtaining such materials are developed. Novelty: For the first time in Ukraine, the compositions of bioactive calcium silicophosphate glasses to obtain on their base a glass composite coatings on titanium for bone endoprosthetics, which will be characterized by shortened bone bonding time (about one month) and will be exploited both in static and dynamic loads, has been created. The effectiveness of the next implementation of the results is the receipt and use of new types of materials and coatings will significantly reduce the period of patients rehabilitation, which is very important in emergency and crisis situations: military conflicts, natural disasters and catastrophes, as well as increase the competitiveness of native bone endoprostheses and significantly reduce import dependence in this field. The results of work in general will be used, first of all, in medical practice, as well as in the educational process in the training of profile specialists.
