The purpose of the work is to develop control methods and technological parameters for the electrochemical synthesisof the newest nanostructural coatings by multicomponent alloys and composites with increased corrosion-mechanical properties, which are combined with the given magnetic characteristics and catalytic activity in electrode processes, which contributes to the creation of science-intensive products for the industrial complex of Ukraine. Methods of investigation - linear voltammetry, potentiometry, impedance measurement, scanning electron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray spectral microanalysis, X-ray phase analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis. According to research results, the influence of the polarization mode and electrolysis parameters on the quantitative and phase composition of ternary alloys of cobalt and iron with refractory metals is determined. It is proved that the phase composition of coatings deposited on a constant and impulse current differs by the more complete reduction of alloying components (tungsten and molybdenum) oxides by ad-hydrogen atoms during interruption of polarization. The expediency of the pulsed current using for the deposition of iron triads with tungsten, molybdenum and zirconium is evenly distributed by the composition and morphology of metals coatings. It is established that the composition of alloys includes incompletely reduced oxides of refractory metals, which is a sign of composite coatings, and the formation of the second phase occurs directly in the electrode process. This allows us to flexibly control the composition and morphology, and, consequently, the functional properties of the synthesized materials. The phase composition of ternary alloys and the distribution of alloying metals by thickness of Fe-Co-Mo (W) coatings are determined, which affects the magnetic and corrosion-mechanical properties of materials. Methodological approaches to electrodeposition of vanadium-containing coatings with alloys and composites are developed. Developed materials can be used in storage of information and as catalytic electrodes in chemical current sources.
