The purpose is to determine the new effects and regularities for changing the structure and physical properties of structural and functional solid-state materials, layered instrument structures that are promising when used in the conditions of radiation, thermal and mechanical loads of limiting intensity. Research methods are X-ray, electron-optical, optical and photoelectric analysis of structural and physical properties of structural and functional solid-state materials and layered instrument structures. Basic scientific and technical results: The physicochemical mechanisms of the deposition mode influence on the crystalline structure and physical properties of ZnO nanostructures are established. Experimental specimens of the Al/ZnO/FTO/Al ultraviolet photo-detector and CdS/CdTe instrumental hetero-structure have been manufactured and the initial structural and operational characteristics of these structures and their constituents have been determined. The determinants of material surface cracking and formation of blisters under complex action of pulsed heating by gas plasma, stationary irradiation by hydrogen plasma and electronic irradiation are established. For W samples exposed under the indicated conditions, for the first time, a determining role in the formation of the crack crevices and blisters of vacancy complexes, excess vacancies, the initial density of dislocations, and residual macro-strains was established. A physical model for the structure formation of nanocomposite carbon and carbon - diamond films was created. It has been shown for the first time that due to controlled structural changes, when the energy of bombering C60 ions changes, a new type of nano-composite carbon materials with special mechanical, electrical and optical properties, is formed.
