The purpose of the work is the creation and study of thesamples of principally new materials based on multicomponent and quasicrystalline layers, studying the structure of the layers and interlayer boundaries, and development of method base for studying the new types of materials of mesoscopis scale. The methods of investigation are X-ray diffractometry fluorescence spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, X-ray reflectometry, high-precision electron transmission microscopy. The method base for non-destructive tesing the nano-scale objects was developed using convergent beams in structural analysis and non-standard analysis of fluorescence intensity and diffracted X-rays. Principally new materials based on nano-layers of quasicrystals and multicomponent materals are created., which has unique properties and applications and can be used for identification and measuring the fluxes of radiationa of different nature in solvint the problems of defence capacity.
