Karazin popup.description2 During the second stage of this project the electrodynamic characteristics of the multi-layer graphene gratings in the THz frequency range which consist of finite and infinite periodic gratings were studied. The scattering and absorption as well as eigenmodes and resonances excitation were considered. The mathematical models of single-layer finite and infinite gratings, of gratings situated above a perfectly electric conducting plane were built. Based on this solution the models of multi-layer graphene structures were created. The models of the semi-infinite gratings and gratings without single strip were built. All models are based on the combination of the methods, method of singular integral equations and operator method. Such approach has significantly decreased the computation time and allowed us to consider gratings with much larger number of strips and layers. The convergence is based on the theorems.
