The purpose of the project is to develop the physical and chemical bases of processes: the removal of compounds of vanadium, scandium and molybdenum from man-made waste chemical production; production of liquid complex fertilizers with trace elements based on iron chelates; obtaining of an applied non-platinum NH3 oxidation catalyst with given properties using different types of carriers; development of a program of technological calculations for the creation of competitive, energy-saving, ecologically oriented technologies of ammonia, nitric acid and phosphorus-containing mineral fertilizers. Methods of research: theoretical (thermodynamic, methods of modeling porous catalysts structures, analysis of reactors using kinetic equations); experimental for the study of kinetics of processes; thermo-programmed oxidation of the surface of the catalyst with oxygen, thermo-programmed desorption of the reaction components from the catalyst surface; X-ray and deriuvatographic studies of "fresh" and spent catalysts. The choice of the composition of deposited metal oxide catalyzers of oxidation conversion NH3 to NO is theoretically grounded; choice of carriers and methods of applying active components to them; The kinetic and technological properties of the process of obtaining a deposited non-platinum oxidation catalyst NH3 are obtained.
