New data on the subsoilidus state of the system Al2O3-SiO2-CaO-P2O5 were obtained; the express-method for the biological stability assessing of facade materials and the method for predicting the stability of refractories to the melts of metals and slags were developed. The theoretical and technological principles of obtaining the heat-resistant non-metallic and silicate materials and coatings of various functional purposes were developed.First time the methodology for designing of materials with given properties was developed and the recipe-technological principles of their obtaining were worked out. The practical significance of the work results is a set of techniques and technological solutions developing, that allow the regulation of the materials structure and phase composition to control their properties. The results are implemented in the studying process. The area of developments is the manufacture of building ceramics, non-combustible refractories, magnesia binders, low-emission float glasses, as well as glass-ceramic coatings of various technical uses.Application area: ceramic industry, construction industry, metallurgy, machinery and medicine.
