The situational model of quality assessment is proposed. The method of solving the scientific and practical problem of increasing the accuracy of detecting defects in metal products by the fuzzy-logic apparatus is developed. The factors influencing the accuracy of detection of defects and the possibility of using the apparatus of fuzzy set theory to prove such parameters, which will enable to minimize the error in determining the defect, have been analyzed. Computer simulation was carried out, which confirmed that the creation of a heuristic analyzer for determining the quality of kefir is appropriate and necessary in order to prevent the production of low-quality products through the definition of the stage of production on which there is a deviation of technology and timely eliminate the violation. Conditions of application of the universal scale are investigated. The principle of its construction under various types of the mapping function is determined. The method of electromagnetic control of the informative parameters of metal products is developed. The advantage of electromagnetic transducers with spatial-periodic fields lies in the fact that when operating on a single fixed frequency, the probe of the field has the ability to implement multi-parameter control through the use of separate spatial harmonics. The influence of random errors on the estimation of the solving function coefficients on the amount of diagnostic information, the limitations of the a priori information on the form and the magnitude of the probability of diagnosis are investigated. Models of autocorrelation for the diagnostics of complex industrial objects have been developed. The obtained models are investigated by statistical analysis.
