The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of the training process for military specialists in the field of "Flight Operation and combat use of airplanes" with the use of the software simulation model of the Su-27 cabin with an interactive interface, visualization of the location of the main instrumentation and simulation of the operation of the Su-27 cabin during the flight training. Research methods:  -theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and normative documents in order to study the problem and determine the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study);  - empirical (conversations and surveys of flight and instructor composition for determining the levels of formation of piloting skills in cadet pilots; observation with means of objective flight control); -statistical (methods of mathematical statistics for the analysis of the results of experimental studies). In the process of research conducted: - development of a software product for visualization of the learning process and acquisition of skills in studying the location of accessories and structure of the cabin of the Su-27 aircraft; - analysis of existing software simulation tools and their software tools with the purpose of developing a software product for visualizing the learning process and acquisition of skills; - when studying the location of accessories and structure of the cabin of the Su-27 aircraft; -defining of the main software criteria that corresponds to the graphic representation and functional content of the interactive model of the Su-27 cabin; - development of software models of individual panels of the cabin of the Su-27. The results of the work can be used for the further implementation of this work - the creation of a draft guidance document in the form of a program and methodology for assessing the level of training of flight attendants.
