The purpose of the work is to develop simulation programs for studying the model of pre-flight, pre-flight, pre-flight and post-flight training of aircraft equipment of Su-25 aircraft, to improve the quality of the training of military specialists in the specialization "Aviation Equipment" using software simulation models of technology for the preparation of aircraft equipment. Su-25 aircraft with interactive interface and visualization of the location of the main equipment according to the operating modes of grammatical simulation model of aviation equipment: training mode; search mode; test mode. Research Methods is a set of theoretical and empirical methods, the combination of which enables reliable study of complex and multifunctional objects. The results of the study were: software simulation models for the study of pre-flight, pre-flight, pre-departure and post-flight technologies for the preparation of Su-25 aircraft aviation equipment and their accounting documentation. The results of the study may be recommended for use in the practice of combat training of the engineering and technical composition of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
