The purpose is to find ways to activate innovative development of Ukrainian industrial enterprises. Research methods - methods of theoretical generalization, systematic and historical-economic analysis - for critical analysis of infrastructure support of innovative activity, methods of analysis, synthesis and logical generalization - for substantiation of the evaluation criteria for the selection of innovative ideas for further commercialization; method of hierarchy analysis - to determine the weighting of the evaluation criteria for the selection of innovative ideas; peer review method comparison method - to determine the indices for each of the evaluation criteria; economic and mathematical methods - for integrating indexes into a complex evaluation criterion; method of comparisons - to determine the relevance of innovative ideas to the selection criteria. The conceptual and terminological apparatus of investment and innovation activity has been improved; the basic conceptual provisions of evaluation of investment and innovation activity of the enterprise, which allow to take into account the situational and variability of goals and strategic orientation of the enterprise; methodical approach to evaluation of innovative activity of industrial enterprise and investment in information support of innovations, fixed capital, intangible assets. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the use of theoretical and methodological provisions of the research work is brought to the level of concrete practical recommendations for the evaluation of investment-innovation activity and the formation of a targeted integrated program (MCP) for its development, which takes into account the importance of existing problems, alternative options. their solution to achieve this goal.
