Рurpose: development of the process of sulfation of mixtures of organic substances with gaseous sulfur trioxide; development of refractory concrete compositions based on alumina cements; to investigate the flow of filter fluid on the technology of gas regeneration from solutions of soda ash. Research Methods: Theoretical studies of the basic regularities of the process of sulfation, the study of the phase composition of the obtained cements and products of their hydration were carried out using the methods of physical and chemical analysis, processing of experimental data using methods of mathematical statistics. Process analysis: sulfation of mixtures of organic substances with low-concentrated gaseous sulfur trioxide, mass transfer for gas-liquid systems, study of corrugated nozzles. The production of high-strength refractory alumina concretes with the use of raw materials of water purification waste and spent catalysts of JSC "Severodonetsk Azot Association" was proved. Two-tier structure of technology of circulating water supply and water consumption of production of soda ash has been developed; mathematical models are developed and mathematical modeling of these processes is carried out; the technical structure of the computer-integrated control system has been developed.
