Conditions for mushrooms mycelial biomass growing to improve the productivity of basidiomycetes in culture have been optimized. For the first time correlations between the positive influence of essential microelements on the growth of mycelial biomass and the content of the active forms of cytokinins were established. The obtained results allow us to consider cytokinins as a potential stimulator of mushroom growth in culture and indicate the need to consider the methods of isolation of cytokinins when creating pharmacologically active drugs based on fungal raw materials. The biotechnological principles for the production of biological products with high cytokinin activity from the mycelial biomass of medicinal basidial mushrooms for use in medicine have been developed.
