It has been considered the current state of the entrepreneurial activity and the organization of trade at maritime transport, it has been researched the conditions of forming the entrepreneurial potential of the marine industry enterprises, it has been studied the components of the economic potential of the freight forwarding company, it has been studied the problem of risk researching the entrepreneurial activity of the sea transport enterprises, it has been studied the entrepreneurial conditions for agency activities, it has been investigated the evaluation of the effectiveness of the crewing company, it has been analyzed the formation and distribution of the ports' profit, it has been researched the impact of quality management on the efficiency of port services, it has been studied the problem of improving the sea ports management strategy. The results of this research can be introduced in practice of the sea transport enterprises’ activity for increasing the efficiency of the entrepreneurial activity management and the organization of trade.
