The tasks for which the project was directed: 1) determination of the parameters of the kinematic parameters of the powder particles of different shapes in nozzles of different configurations during the jet-abrasive processing of parts; 2) analysis of processes of shock interaction of fraction fraction with a substrate and development of a mathematical model for calculating the number of active centers; 3) development of scientifically substantiated industrial recommendations for the implementation of safe, energy saving and environmentally friendly technology, which includes preparation and activation of the surface, as well as the development of new technologies for cold spraying. 4) creation of mathematical models of the formation of active centers for various types of mechanical processing; 5) development of scientifically substantiated industrial recommendations for the implementation of a comprehensive system of quality control of parts at the expense of a comprehensive approach to all stages of production, as a single technological system.
