The problems of private-law regulation of the public relations are found out. There is carried out the streamlining of the respective spheres of state and legal reality by means of the developed concepts, the principles, conclusions. Tendencies of transformation of private-law regulation of the public relations are defined. Offers on improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine in the corresponding part are formulated. The results received for the first time are new in comparison with those which were received as a result of other legal researches. First of all, there is essentially new the approach to studying of intrinsic signs of private-law regulation which allows tracking genetic interrelation between historical and legal sources, features of the current state and the prospects of development of private-law regulation of the public relations.The theoretical conclusions formulated as a result of the conducted research are based on the general achievements of jurisprudence, including on results of researches of domestic and foreign civilians, processionalists, specialists of other branches of law, sociology and philosophy.The main scientific results are approved and received positive comments and estimates of their scientific novelty, reliability and civility at scientific and practical conferences of different levels.
