The purpose of the work is to find ways to overcome the basic complexity of the problem, which consists not only in a sharp difference in the properties of the chosen components, but also, in the absence of theoretical models that can adequately take into account such differences. The presence of heterophase fluctuations is the main problem of such modeling. The research method is the use of the model of fluctuation thermodynamics (FT) and the development equation of state (FT -EOS) constructed on its basis, separately, for the disordered gas phase of each of the components and its ordered liquid phase. The possibility of using the uniform FT -EOS form, as well as the proposed molecular-kinetic explanation with the power of the FT model of the main factors that contribute to local clusterization and the formation of complex heterogeneous structures has been corroborated. The approach demonstrates the main advantages of the method proposed in the work. Its specific and important, from a fundamental point of view, feature is the possibility of expansion to complex fractal structures of porous media. In this case, the Euler dimension of volume is formed by the sum of the fractal component of the fluid medium and the fractal component of the porous matrix which this mediumcontains. In this approach, again, the problem of the phase transition study is arranged in a nonordered-ordered phase, with an external spatial constraint that corresponds to the fractality of the fluid volume due to the form of a porous solid matrix. The proposed formulation of the problem and its solution, which is obtained, have many advantages over the approaches available to date. Their basis is known to form a model of an effective continuous medium that does not always adequately describe the properties of real porous structures filled with real fluid heterogeneous phases. The studies carried out at this stage show the high efficiency of the FT-EOS methodology used for the complex fluid media.
