In modern human sciences, the concept of the world and a man is defined as a system of common knowledge, values, beliefs, practical attitudes that regulate a person's attitude to the world, to another person, which are considered in interconnection and interdependence (confirming works of A. Bocharov, M. Zhulinsky, L. Kirakosyan, P. Kononenko, V. Mark, N. Shlyakhova, etc.). In literary criticism, the concept of "artistic concept of the world" has developed on the basis of a systematic approach to a work of art and provides that the researcher, interpreting the work, deals with a special system of the realities being reflected in the word (time, space, nature, social and historical circumstances, type of social behavior, aesthetic and moral views, views on the person, society, people, history, etc.). The artistic concept of a man is an aesthetically designed universal model of the individual, which conveys the type of attitude of the era and the author. This is an intellectual expression in certain linguistic forms, figurative and metaphorical means and other structures of the text of the meaning of being of a person, his spiritual world. The artistic concept of a man is a way of aesthetic mastering the world at different levels of the artistic system of work from microelements (details) to the ideological whole, the poetics of the work, from the laws of artistic organization of the material by the writer to the cultural and literary phenomenon of the work. Recommendations for the use of the results of work: in the educational process of higher and secondary schools; in further studies on the problems of the history of Ukrainian literature; publication of scientific monographs and articles, preparation and defense of dissertations, speeches at scientific conferences, writing textbooks.
