On the basis of long-term scientific research, the background of ecological-microbiological monitoring of various types of ecosystems of the Carpathian region has been created. Verification and assessment of the ecological state of different types of ecosystems using ecological, microbiological methods were done. In addition, improved bio-diagnostic methods have been used in the natural and transformed ecosystems, for a comprehensive study of the status of biotopes. Based on the data obtained, a base of bioindicators and standards of biomonitoring of the Carpathian region was formed. The microbiological aspects of growing the ecologically pure primary production, as well as its contamination by pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in agro-biogeocenoses using various agricultural technologies, have been evaluated.
