A methodical approach to the identification of logistics costs was further developed, the process of their formation and accumulation was investigated, and the locations of these costs in the system of assessments of logistics activities were justified. A direct link has been confirmed between the logistic costs of the main indicators for assessing the economic activities of manufacturing enterprises: production costs, net profit, profitability, net cash flow and an investment return index. It is recommended to use logistic costs when evaluating logistic activities as a total estimated cost indicator. The proposed improved classification of logistics costs.
