Substantiated essence, it was analyzed the types and ways of organizing external economical activity through systematization components with account national point. It was proven that the best result to Ukrainian factory will bring moving to external markets high technology production through increase part engineering and intellectual service in system external markets communications through connections markets of China, India, Pakistan and countries of Arabic East. Found out that to increase external economical activity need to purposefully work with improvement structure export and import of goods, expansion of external economical connections factories with countries which have effective demand to goods which made in Ukraine. It was proven that role of high school education in international development of Ukraine and increase role of economical knowledge to successful development market economy, promotion self scientifically activity and increase their efficiency.
