The purpose of the project is to increase the reliability and adequacy of the decisions taken, the quality and effectiveness of the professional duties of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFS) by creating a new class of information technologies: problem-oriented intellectual optical technologies for managing human activities in extreme conditions. Subject of research and development - methods, models, algorithms and information technology of low intensity light stimulation and correction of FS of soldiers of the Armed Forces. Means of research: the information technology of low intensity light stimulation and correction of the functional state of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was developed as the main means of research at the II stage; Theoretical means of research include models, methods and algorithms for the determination and correction of the functional state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Equipment used - integral hardware and software complex for personnel testing; computer complex for the identification of a soldier for a venous palm card and fingerprints; complexes: "Psychomate", "Psychophysiologist", "Stabilotest", complex for determining the level of cognitive functions of the soldier and others. The most significant scientific and practical results of the second stage of the project should include: 1.Investigation of the decision-making process by the soldier in an extreme situation, resulting in , an information model is constructed that reflects the causal relationship of the decisions that are made and determines the conditions for choosing the best, automates the process of filling the expert system with knowledge and adapts it to environmental changes. 2.Further development of the method of studying cognitive functions of man on the facet principle, achieved by introducing the stages of parametric analysis of certain cognitive functions and modeling the problem situation in the modes of dynamic, static and combined assessment of the status of the soldier. 3.The method of identification of the UAF soldier by a venous card of the palm which eliminates errors that may occur during the operation of the biometric identification system by analyzing the possible causes of its occurrence and the use of methods and means of reduction, up to the complete elimination of their influence on the result of identification. 4 Adaptive testing algorithm for determining the psychological profile of the soldier of the Armed Forces, which provides a holistic, directionally-motivated selection of techniques for recording changes in the psychological state at each of the levels of testing. 5.Technology, implemented on the principles of service-oriented architecture and has the following advantages: independence of the system from the platform, on which it is implemented and development tools; adaptability to user requirements; Scalability and the ability to develop both hardware and software; the possibility of integration with other information technologies and systems, which made it possible to determine the readiness of the soldiers of the Armed Forces to carry out professional activities in extreme conditions; detect and discourage persons with inadequate behavior; to prevent mismatches of appointments to those or other positions. 6.Structure of the mechanism of action of optical radiation on the body of the soldier within the range of the norm of the functional state, with the maximum concentration of psychophysiological and information resources of the organism (stimulation), on the one hand, and on the other - complete relaxation of the psychic and physiological systems (correction) for the fastest restoration of physical and mental forces. Scope of the results of work - the project has a dual purpose: the main - military and additional - civilian. The use of IT of low-intensity stimulation and correction of human condition has long been expected in the purely civilian and social institutions and institutions of the Ministry of Health for work related to the development of methods and tools aimed at increasing the efficiency of new technologies and systems, methods and models, individual and mobile medicine Apart from the health care facilities of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, sanatorium and resort centers, specialized centers and dispensaries, the corresponding medical structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard and Police, emergency services, sports medicine, etc. can be included here.
