The first stage of this work (2018) first proposed the formalization of the structure of the GIS-integrated system of databases and process models in complex systems in the form of a generalized quadrachromatic graph with 4 types of vertices, adapted to the technology of checking this graph for topological observation, and until formalization of operation graphs of the well-known technology TensorFlow, which will increase the speed and efficiency of designing and optimizing GIS-integrated databases and the adequacy and accuracy of models of these processes; For the first time, the structure of an XML markup language called GeoDataML for storing and layers of GIS spatial data, and attribute data bases, and models formalized in the form of a generalized bichromatic graph is proposed.
