Subject of research - radio frequency information devices based on R-L-, C-negatrons. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of radio frequency information devices, namely, to increase the speed and noise immunity through the use of immitance and optoimmitance logic elements, elements of two-valued, multi-valued, neural and fuzzy logic, R-, L-, C-negatrons, multiparameter generalized immittance converters. The study uses methods based on: the theory of complex numbers, the theory of matrices in the circuit engineering methods for the construction of mathematical models, the theory of stability for determining the stability conditions on the basis of dynamic negatrons, the theory of sensitivity to determine the sensitivity of the characteristics of information devices to change the parameters of the elements of the scheme . Computer simulation was performed using software packages MathCad, MatLab, MicroCap, OrCad PSpice, Microwave Office. The following main results were obtained: The immittance method of constructing active logic elements is improved, in which unlike the known logical function is implemented on the multiimitance basis due to the transforming properties of generalized immittance converters in the microwave range on the basis of bipolar and field transistors, which allows for the direct and reverse immitance transformation and to provide potentially higher performance, higher frequency range at low power consumption of logic elements. The proposed mathematical models of active immittance logic elements, which, unlike the known ones, use the properties of generalized immittance converter and dynamic transistor negatrons, and do not depend on the static parameters of the electric signal, which allowed to obtain transmission characteristics that correspond to the logical functions and allow to calculate the values of logical levels at certain circuit parameters and immitances of generators and loads. The proposed mathematical models of optoimitance logic elements constructed on the basis of active immittance logic elements "NOT", "OR" and "AND", which, unlike the known ones, carry out the transformation of optical signals in immittance and vice versa, which allows to combine in one system as optoelectronic, and immittance logic elements for increasing the efficiency of information devices for remote receiving and processing of information about objects. The proposed mathematical models of L-, C-negatrons on bipolar and field transistors, which allow to improve the technical characteristics of electronic information devices due to the use of negative inductance and capacitance.
