The aim of the work is to investigate the features of adaptation processes of introduced plant species in the phytocenoses of the region in accordance with their physiological, biochemical, morphological, anatomical, phenological indicators and population analysis. The innovativeness of the work was to compile a list of promising introduced species that can be used in the national economy of the region. When conducting research, the following methods were used: population analysis, physiological and biochemical, morphological and primary data processing methods (basic statistics, analysis of variance, integral calculus, etc.). The scientific significance of the results of the work lies in a comprehensive study of the processes of plant introduction in the conditions of the botanical gardens of the region. The practical application of the study results is possible in landscape gardening and farming, in educational activities and educational work.
