Formed: methodological foundations of the functioning of financial and credit mechanisms for the formation of a convergent model of regional development, and their features and characteristics were determined. The concept of realization of public-private partnership projects on activation of investment processes at the regional level is offered. The features of the territorial community as a social-economic evolutionary system are determined. The methodical approaches to: assessment of the systemic risk of insurance activity at the level of the market and a separate insurance company are improved; carrying out of mesoprudential supervision over the activity of the insurance market at the regional level. The classification of threats to the financial security of the insurance market is specified. The method of estimating the current state of changes in the bank activity in the context of convergence of regional development, the principle mechanism of formation and use of reserves by economic entities has been developed. The results of theoretical and methodological research are possible for practical use in the management of financial and credit institutions at the regional level; in the educational process when preparing students of the economic faculty of the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. Field of application: banking and non-banking segments of the financial market at the regional and national economy levels. The economic effect of the study will consist in using tools for predicting the real and potential ability of banks and other financial institutions to ensure balanced development of various financial and credit mechanisms within the regional economy.
