The purpose of the work is a comprehensive scientific analysis of the state and prospects of legal regulation of the protection of the rights of civil and economic rights in Ukraine, the elaboration of theoretical structures, approaches and practical recommendations regarding the guarantors of these rights can serve as law-making grounds for their further formalization. The methodological basis of the study was general methods of scientific knowledge, as well as those used in legal science: methods of analysis and synthesis, hermeneutics, formal logical, systemic, comparative legal, etc. In particular, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to substantiate the definition protection of the rights of subjects of civil and commercial law. The method of hermeneutics contributed to the knowledge (study) of texts of normative acts, other documents, analysis and evaluation of the content of monographic works, scientific publications, which made it possible to generalize legal phenomena and properties of the subject of the study. According to the results of the research, a range of problems has been identified to improve the legal regulation in the field of protection of civil and economic relations. The obtained scientific data are new, have scientific and practical value and correspond to the level of modern legal science. The practical significance of the results lies in the fact that conclusions have been drawn, theoretical propositions and practical suggestions can contribute to further scientific development problems of protecting the rights of civil and business entities and improving the activities of relevant judicial bodies and can be used in higher education in specialty 081 "Law"). The study carried out a multi-vector analysis of legal acts, the result of which can be used to systematize the current legislation, which requires further improvement in connection with the European integration direction of the state's development.
