The goal of the research is to develop new methods for analyzing time series and speech signals in order to create appropriate algorithms for data processing, which will provide the mathematical basis and will form the core of a system for analyzing data obtained as a result of scientific observations. The research methodology includes the use of methods of spectral and mel-cepstral analysis, statistically probabilistic analysis, classification, clustering, genetic algorithms. The result of the research is the conceptual theoretical and experimental basis of information technology, which allows automated processing of time series and speech signals. The scientific novelty consists in the following: the new information system for cluster analysis of the results of a psychological test under conditions of uncertainty has been created; the new information system has been created to remove emotional signs from the speech signal; the method for optimizing the input parameters of adaptive prediction models based on a genetic algorithm is proposed.
