The purpose of the research is the development of information and measurement technologies of increased information content, mathematical models of objects and conditions of control, monitoring and forecasting in the problems of data formation to support decision - making on the state of technical objects. Research methods-methods of mathematical statistics, ultrasonic testing, spectral analysis, probability theory, mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic, the basics of the theory of rank criteria, Habibi method, Otsu method, Yule-Walker model. Theoretical results: a visual and analytical analysis of digital and binary images of texture areas of different intensity brightness with fuzzy boundaries. The mathematical model of revealing jumps in samples of random variables is constructed. Practical results confirmed the informativeness of digital images that are made on the basis of the digital model Habibi. It is determined that the increase in the efficiency of NDT methodology and diagnostics of heterogeneous structures is possible due to the joint application of interference optical methods and their integrated use with the finite element method. Field of use: ultrasonic and optical non-destructive testing of complex objects.
