Purpose: development of methods for the synthesis of new pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazine-7-ones on the basis of available raw materials, studying the structure of the products of the interaction of arylglyoxals with various nucleophilic reagents. Scientific innovation: a general synthetic strategy is proposed, which allows for the purposeful synthesis of compounds containing the heterocyclic system of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-7-one with an unsubstituted C-3 atom; а method for the synthesis of N-2 aryl-substituted aryl-4-trifluoromethyl-2,6-dihydro-pyrazolo[3,4-d] pyridazine-7-ones; it is shown that the result of the hydrazinolysis of intermediate pyrazoles depends on the nature of the substituent in the aromatic ring. The ability of arylglyoxals with various types of substituents in the n-position of the benzene ring has been demonstrated to react with condensation with strong in the absence of a catalyst to form the corresponding ?-acylines. A new method of condensation of arylglyoxals with nucleophilic reagents without solvent is proposed, and the effect of temperature on the direction of condensation has been investigated. Research results can be used to synthesize new heteropolyclic systems, as well as to create new biologically active substances.
