The work purpose is working out of new theoretical and methodological approaches, methods and models of research of social and economic systems and working out on this basis of techniques of a decision making on micro and macrolevels for social and economic systems of Ukraine. Research methods are: the system analysis; a decision theory; a multicomponent analysis; the theory of differential equations; a difference equation. The basic theoretical outcomes are: construction the neuro-network control models a financial condition of the enterprise, research of economic-mathematical methods and models of economic behaviour of households; the structure of factors which are included in R. Solou's models is specified considering modern singularities of development of national economy of Ukraine; the imitative model of logistics system of small enterprise is developed. The basic practical outcomes is on base the neuro-network control model working out of a technique of modelling of control systems of a financial condition of the enterprise; recommendations to construction of system of adequate economic-mathematical models of economic behaviour of households are developed; it is proved that for security of economic development of national economy at level of the countries with a post-industrial society (EU country) it is necessary to improve government principles; such elements of logistics system of small enterprise are developed and in details justified: model of control of shipment to marketing firm; model of control of marketing firm; the production management scheme. Novelty of the spent researches consists that in all researches author's models and techniques are used only. The received outcomes can be recommended for use at planning of perspective development of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, and also for acceptance of current administrative solutions; for a decision making on macroeconomic planning of development of national economy.
