The purpose of the work is the development of an automated system for the registration and processing of bioelectric potentials and a description of the processes for generating electrical impulses in a cell within the framework of a mathematical model, determining the influence of external illumination and other factors on the adaptive capacity of leaf cells of different plants to rhythmic stimulation, studying the dynamics of total potential of corn leaves caused cold and thermal stimuli on the background of photopotential during continuous light stimulation, constructing a wireless network model with cl Stern organization composed of sensor nodes, cluster coordinators and base station to investigate dynamic systems of motor systems, the mechanism of stimulation of excitable structures. Research methodology: For the study of models without attachment to a particular equipment, a well-known Matlab package was used, which allows for cluster analysis of the network with the allocation of cluster coordinators, statistical simulation and analysis of the results both in the form of statistical tables and graphs. Processing, analysis and subsequent visualization of digitized biopotentials registered in the process of experiment is carried out with original software tools. A universal device driver has been developed to combine an oscilloscope with a personal computer. The phase value of the Fourier-image was used to characterize the displacements of the bending potentials curves with respect to the enveloping stimuli. For registration of parameters of the cardiovascular system by the method of two-beam photoplethysmography, a device containing a sensor with two red and infrared light-emitting diodes has been developed. Photoplethysmographs were analyzed using two algorithms: the first allowed to determine the level of oxygen in human blood, the second - the time coordinates of the peaks of systolic uplift. The obtained results can be applied in educational institutions, in the courses "Biophysics", "Biomedical engineering", "Biomedical research equipment and its exploitation", "Automation of researches and tests" and others.
