On the basis of symmetry in DNA, optimal codes are constructed, the noise immunity of which far exceeds the noise immunity of the standard code. Based on the database of genetic diseases, it has been shown that the noise immunity of the code has a significant effect on the violation of the polarity of amino acids at point mutations of nucleotides.
