The purpose of the work is a mastering of improved production technology of the mix from CaO-stabilized zirconia. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones. According to the results of research carried out in 2017, on the pilot production of JSC "The URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" during the manufacturing of pilot batch, the improved production technology of the mix from CaO-stabilized zirconia on the phosphate binder in an optimum amount has been mastered. The manufactured ramming mix is characterized by high indexes of properties that corresponded to requirements of the technical specifications. In JSC "The URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of powders mix for ramming mix and powders for plasmic coating, characterized by indexes of properties that corresponded to requirements of the technical specifications, as well as periclase chromate powder fraction less than 1 mm, characterized by indexes of properties that corresponded to requirements of the Buyer, have been produced. The indicated refractory products are delivered to the consumer on the external and internal market. The work shall be continued in the line of further improving the production technology of mixes from stabilized zirconia, expanding the volumes of their production and application.
