The purpose of the work is a produc-tion technology mastering of the ramming mullite corundum mix with addition of corundum zirco-nia silica material. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones. Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out, in JSC "The URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the production technology of the ramming mullite corundum mix with addition of corundum zirconia silica material has been mastered. The indicated mix was tested in the lining of drain socks of IChT-10 / 2.5 and IChT 2.5 / 1.0 furnaces of the liners foundry at one from machinebuilding plants of Ukraine. The disadvantages during the lining works and on the durability of the lining, made of ramming mullite corundum, during the exploitation of the furnaces weren't been observed. The type and amount influence of titanium-containing additive on the properties of ramming mullite corundum mix and samples from it has been investigated. It was established that, the introduction of the optimal amount of titanium-containing additive into the indicated mix provides an increase in the cold crushing strength of the samples made from it (~ by 15-20%). The ramming mullite corundum mixes with the titanium-containing additive are recommended for use in various thermal units with large specific mechanical loads on the lining. In JSC "The URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy" the pilot batches of mullite corundum ramming mixes, dry corundum spinel mix, mullite corundum mortar, which are intended to metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, have been produced.
