The purpose of the paper: to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the language-expressive means, marking contemporary Ukrainian discourse, to study the specifics of simulation of the syntactic level of the language structure, to define the conceptual parameters of the means of secondary nomination, to study the specifics of the expression of the linguistic personality. To achieve the goal, a comprehensive method is used, which includes: linguistic analysis for revealing the specifics of individual and author's language creation, the method of contextual analysis, componential analysis, the method of abstracting speech and speech phenomena in their dynamics, the method of modeling, the sociolinguistic method of questioning. In the course of the research the following criteria have been developed: the criteria for the distribution of written information carriers into static and dynamic; complex analysis of the main universals of the syntactic level of language as the vertex tier of the language structure is carried out; typology of communicative deviations of personality communication, pragmatic method of dialogical interaction between the author and the reader; the body of the stylistics is determined - the components of the author's artistic discourse are determined, authorizations of occasionalisms are considered in connection with the category of linguistic norm, the interaction of artistic texts with the works of the linguistic-cultural universe and ethno-speaking sources.
