A comparison of the obtained results with other experimental data and theoretical calculations is performed.On the basis of the obtained values of cross-sections of X-ray emission exited by protons and -particles, the possibilities of the determination of the content of U in the materials of the NFC using the method of PIXE in a vacuum and PIXE on the external beam with the using of the pyro-carbon filter were studied. The use of the pyro-carbon filter allowed to reduce the detection limit U from 27 ppm to 4 ppm.The method of determination of the content of U in NFC objects in the range of concentrations of 0.0005 - 0.75 weight. % is developed and validated. A similar technique can be used to identify other actinide elements in a wide range of materials, which characterize the state of the environment and different stages of the processing, production, operation and utilization of nuclear fuel.
