The effect of plasma density on the shift of the resonant eigen frequencies of odd LSM and LSE waves is studied for symmetrical bunches in the transverse direction. A numerical simulation of the 3D-PIC model of the configuration of the electromagnetic fields and the dynamics of charged particles in the considered waveguide was performed, which showed acceleration of the test bunch with its simultaneous focusing and focusing of the periodic sequence of driver bunches. According to theoretical results, a rectangular three-zone dielectric structure is made in which the plasma is created in the drift channel due to ionization of neutral gas by the front part of the sequence of relativistic electron bunches.
