For a self-consistent simulation of the charging process of the particles of the magnetically active nonideal plasma, a computer code developed on the basis of a developed numerical model combining three basic models: Particle-in-Cell (PIC), Monte Carlo Collisions (MCC ) and Particle-Particle Particle-Mesh (P3M).
