The use of modern circuit solutions in injector power supply system building has allowed the introduction of effective schemes for stabilizing impulses of high voltage modulators and arcs, as well as the ability to remotely control the accelerator parameters. As a result of the applied improvements, the average beam current of helium ions (1.2…1.5)x10(13) particle/s.cm(2) was obtained that allows the use of a linear accelerator to simulate damage in reactor materials.
