Designed and manufactured are the systems for high-frequency power supply unit of accelerating resonator. It has been experimentally shown that radioisotope yield obtained from spallation neutron spectra is proportional to the primary deuteron beam power and independent of the deuteron energy within 1-8 GeV energy range. Reaction rates in the spallation neutron spectra produced by 660 MeV protons in a massive uranium target demonstrate 40% less value in comparison with the spectra produced by deuterons with energy over 1GeV at the same primary beam power.
