The behavior of the plasma at the very initial stage of the HF discharge in the Hurricane-2M ultrasound was first studied in detail. In these experiments, a three-wave (TNV) antenna was used to create the plasma, which constructively consists of three turns, oriented perpendicularly to the magnetic field lines. The variation of the voltage on the antenna, the gas pressure, the voltage of the magnetic field was found to be the optimal mode for the start of the TNV antenna. In this case, the optimal magnetic field was 0.37-0.38 T compared with the typical value of 0.4-0.42 T when using other RF antennas. Also, for the first time, the study of plasma parameters in the proctoconfond part of the magnetic configuration, which is formed in the installation of U-2M when disconnecting one of the coils of the toroidal magnetic field. The most important result is that it shows the presence of high-energy ions in the volume of a local magnetic cone. The measured spectrum of charge recharge atoms has an exponential decay in the range of 0.5-2.0 keV, indicating that the ion temperature is 260 eV. In the reporting period, work was carried out on studying the structure of MHD magnetic field fluctuations in the quasi-stationary discharge stages on the basis of the technique previously proposed, using magnetic probes. The results indicate that the signals of the probes at the quasi-stationary high-frequency stage are not stationary. The poloidal structure of the fluctuations has wave numbers m = 0; 1; 2; 3. The highest amplitude in all frequency bands is oscillation with m = 2 and m = 3. The experiments conducted on the torsotron Uragan-3M show the possibility of preventing the appearance of "fugitive electrons" (UE) arising from the toroidal vortical electric field at the front of the pulse of the holding magnetic field, and the increase of their flow. The U.E stream may be stimulated by additional microwave ionization, which was carried out at the front of the magnetic field pulse. This creates the ability to control the start of the RF discharge after the antenna voltage is applied.
