The integral ranking estimation of the food basket made up based on indices of basic agricultural products has been suggested. The ranking of regions by the level of threat to food security and welfare of people has been drawn up. The coefficients and indices of variation, which ground food priorities for increasing food security in Ukraine, have been used in order to determine the sample heterogeneity level. The trends and ecological consequences of functioning in the transportation-logistical systems have been considered. The systemic ratio between the increase in scales of agricultural markets and intensification of the anthropogenic pressure on the environment has been determined. The author's definition of greening transportation-logistical systems has been provided. The experience of European transportation-logistical companies on implementing the main principles of "green" logistics and possibilities of using it in domestic realities have been analyzed. The actual condition has been determined, the existing problems have been defined and the measures of organizational-management, technical, technological and legal types of greening transportation-logistical systems at the regional agricultural markets in Ukraine have been considered. The features, principles and issues of greening the agrarian production have been represented, the mechanisms of greening have been studied, the directions of improving the government policy on ecology and agrarian enterprises in the system of ecological-economic management have been suggested. The main mechanisms have been determined with the help of which the process of greening can take place.
