The object of the study is the development of zoning indices for the calculation of the cost of services for the use of sites for the payment of parking vehicles. The subject of the study is the zoning indices for calculating the cost of services for the use of sites for the payment of parking vehicles. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: regulatory and legal regulation of activity in the field of parking of vehicles was analyzed; the loading of platforms for paid parking of vehicles is analyzed; justified application of zoning indices for calculation of the cost of services for use of platforms for paid parking of vehicles. The information base and theoretical basis of the research comprise scientific publications of domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners, as well as a wide range of legislative and regulatory acts regulating the establishment of tariffs with the use of zoning indices to calculate the cost of services for the use of sites for the payment of parking vehicles. Different groups of methods, in particular, analysis, synthesis, survey and survey, economic and mathematical methods, etc. were used for the accomplished tasks. The research used general scientific and special methods of economic theory, scientific knowledge: systemic, comparative analysis, and others. The applied methods allowed to realize the achievement of the goal and provide a methodological justification for the application of zoning indicators in calculating the cost of services for the use of sites for the payment of parking vehicles.
