However, not all projects can be structured so as to be implemented by the classic project approach. In this case, Agile is used as a family of flexible iterative-incremental methods for managing projects and products. During the research, the following tasks were solved: - the essence of the project approach was described; - definition of project, terms of realization, classification of project types, participants, criteria, life cycle of project, etc. - proved the difference between projects and current activity of the enterprise; - the listed problems encountered by modern enterprises in applying the project approach, as well as the most common mistakes when planning and implementing enterprise development projects; - various types of project management are given - classical, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, 6 sigmas and others, their features, advantages and disadvantages are described; - reflected the typical scheme of management of the IT project, listed the most common automated project management systems; - typical problems of management of IT projects are listed, the structure of the life cycle and the basic principles of construction of enterprise IS are described; - the example of implementation of the automated system for managing IT projects is given. The main result of the research is the expediency substantiation of implementation of the project approach and Agile-methodology to the system of LLC "LOGISTIK DTD" organizational management, as well as suggestion of the possible software products and the mechanism for their implementation.
