The object of the SRW is the processes of forming the financial support of sustainable development of the Ukrainian agrarian sector. The purpose of the research work is to substantiate theoretical, methodological and methodical and applied principles of forming financial support for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. Main tasks, tasks or problems that need to be addressed in order to achieve the goal: to investigate the place of financial support in the system of sustainable development of the agrarian sector; to distinguish the main components of the sustainable development of the agrarian sector, to describe their specific features; to reveal the peculiarities of the economic component of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agrarian sector; generalize the world experience of developed countries regarding the financial provision of sustainable development of the agrarian sector and the possibilities for its adaptation in Ukraine. The content of the obtained scientific results consists in the creation of: methods, scientific methods and means, economic and mathematical models, overdraft regulations, and so on. The practical value of R & D is that, in aggregate, they create theoretical, methodological and methodological basis for practical improvement of the mechanisms of financial support for the sustainable development of the agrarian sector. The practical value of the research results is adapted to use the conceptual foundations for the creation of the Innovation Center for Agrarian Technology to develop and refine the plans for the formation of the modern infrastructure of the regional cluster of agriculture for the implementation of the Regional Innovation Program for the period until 2020 and the Concept for the formation of a modern innovation development infrastructure. The results of the conducted research testify to the importance and expediency of state financial support for agricultural development. The financial support for the development of the basic branches of the agrarian economy should be carried out in order to promote the sustainable development of the agar sphere and the access of agricultural commodity producers to investment resources for the development of the country's food security in the long run and to improve the quality of life. In order to effectively develop agricultural production in Ukraine and increase its competitiveness, it is first of all necessary to streamline the process of state financial provision of agriculture, ensure its significant growth and efficiency, which is consistent with both the principles of sustainable development and approaches to public stimulation of agricultural production in other countries.
