The purpose of the work is the development of environmentally safe polymer composite materials with improved technological and operational properties on the basis of secondary raw materials and waste products. Methods of research - standard and special physic-chemical methods of studying the properties of composite components and polymer composite materials. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches, a number of new polymer composite materials and composites based on epoxy polymer, secondary polyolefins, aqueous styrene-acrylic dispersions, cellulose-containing waste, surfactants and disperse inorganic fillers that can be used in the construction industry have been created. The created materials have high indicators of technological and operational properties. The created materials can be used: on the basis of epoxy polymers - as coatings, mastics, sealants, casting ware of anticorrosive, fire protection, vibration absorbing purpose; on the basis of secondary polyolefins and cellulosic waste - as small-scale structural products; on the basis of water acrylic dispersions - as insulating materials. The regularities of the relationship of composition, technological and operational properties of polymer binders and composite materials in the form of mathematical and graphical dependencies are established. The established mathematical dependencies became the basis for the computer program "Composite", which allows you to choose polymer materials with the necessary technological, physical, mechanical and operational characteristics. New materials received 5 patents of Ukraine for invention and utility model. Technical and technological documentation for materials is developed. The results of scientific work are implemented in the practice of construction of enterprises in Kharkiv, as well as in the educational process of the Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture. The scientific results of the work were published in 32 scientific articles (including 10 articles in the journals included in SCOPUS scientific metric base), in 56 publications in the materials of conferences of different levels.
