The object of studies - technological process of electrohydraulic (EH) calibration of parts, made of Fortiform1050 and Trip690 high strength steels. Method of studies - physical experiment. Realisation of this process was performed at EH press with stored energy of 40 kJ without previous thermal treatment of parts with the impact of one-time pulse of high pressure up to 150 MPa of the liquid with the duration less than 0.001 s on them. After such treatment, the precision of test parts, made of high strength steels, was 20 - 30 times higher that the precision of test parts, made on mechanical presses. The recommendations on the peculiarities of the calibration of the parts of complex shape, made of Fortiform1050 and Trip690 high strength steels, were issued. The part must be calibrated after the mechanical stamping, i. e. before its cutting down to the size of fragment, as the stresses, that cause parts springing, are significantly redistributed (decreased) in the fragment, so they can not be completely removed.
