The subject of the research: models of youth work in the united territorial communities. The aim of the study is to identify the peculiarities of organizing youth work in the territorial communities in the context of decentralization and to develop models for the formation and organization of youth work at the community level. The research results. As a result of research work, indicators of the effectiveness of youth work at the local level have been developed; tools and mechanisms for assessing and monitoring community-based youth work; methodical recommendations for specialists of the youth sphere concerning the evaluation of the effectiveness of youth work at the local level; a training program on the construction of an effective local youth policy aimed at forming the civic activity of youth in solving youth problems; methodical recommendations for specialists of local authorities, self-government bodies, youth workers and activists on the construction and implementation of a well-founded regional youth policy in a context of decentralization.
