The subject of the research: a model of inter-sectoral intersectoral cooperation on rehabilitation and reintegration of persons affected by armed conflict in eastern Ukraine. The project aim: to develop and implement an effective model of cross-sectoral intersectoral cooperation between government agencies, civil society and business organizations to assist people affected by armed conflict: ATO participants and temporary displaced persons in their rehabilitation and reintegration into local communities. The research results. The paper analyzes the needs of people affected by armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, identifies institutions that are tangent to providing services to those affected by the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, defining their functions and content of actions (services). The foreign experience of adaptation of combatants is described; identified the most effective forms and methods. A model of interdisciplinary cross-sectoral cooperation was developed to assist the victims of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine in their rehabilitation and reintegration into the life of local communities. The measures on approbation of functioning of this model on the example of the city of Kiev are described. The methodical recommendations for the activities of specialists from various industries providing services to the victims of the armed conflict in the east of Ukraine have been developed.
